During my IT internship, I handled typical helpdesk tasks such as setting up user accounts, managing software installations, and providing technical support. Alongside these responsibilities, I also gained exposure to cybersecurity through Trend Micro, where I learned about threat detection, endpoint protection, and security monitoring. This experience introduced me to the importance of cybersecurity in IT environments and encouraged me to explore it further.
